There is all sorts that you can get involved with - whether that's helping to shape how we do things, or setting up your own residents' group.
The sky really is the limit!
Hundreds of residents have volunteered their time over the years to get involved in one way or another - and through their involvement and influence, we have achieved a great deal.
We want to keep this momentum going - and give you as many opportunities as possible to take part.
You could become a tenant board member, join the Tenant Services Committee, a Tenant Advisory Group or Tenant Panel, be a community representative or take part in a focus group or survey panel.
Maybe you’d like to go under cover as a tenant inspector or a mystery shopper, or take your place on a survey panel? Perhaps you would like to help organise the annual residents’ conference for 400 people? The list is endless!
