Report a repair
Great Places has two contractors and an in-house team who carry out repairs in different areas. You can report a repair online here at My Great Place, or call your contractor on the following number.
If you live in, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Stockport, Tameside, Salford and Trafford call our customer access team on 0300 123 1966, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, and press one for repairs. For emergencies only outside these hours dial the same number.
If you live in Blackburn, Blackpool, Burnley Bolton, Chorley, Congleton, Fylde, High Peak, Hyndburn, Liverpool Lancaster, Macclesfield, Manchester (supported housing only), Preston, Ribble, Pendle, Rochdale, Rossendale, St Helens, Salford (supported housing only) South Ribble, Trafford (supported housing only) Warrington, Wigan or Wyre, call Cruden on 0300 1234 599, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.
