Repairs
Great Places has four contractors who carry out repairs in different areas. You can report a repair online here at My Great Place, our dedicated tenant site, or call your contractor on the following numbers.
If you live in Bury, High Peak, Liverpool, Manchester (east), Oldham, Rochdale, St Helens, Stockport or Tameside, call KHT Services on 0800 561 0007.
If you live in Blackburn, Blackpool, Bolton, Burnley, Chorley, Congleton, Fylde, Hyndburn, Lancaster, Macclesfield, Manchester (west), Pendle, Preston, Ribble Valley, Rossendale, Salford, South Ribble, Stockport, Trafford or Wyre, call Connaught Partnerships Ltd on 0800 652 5404.
If you live in south west or north east Manchester, Bolton, Trafford, Macclesfield, Congleton, Bury or Salford, call Cruden Property Services on 0845 850 0707 for general repairs (not gas). For gas repairs or servicing in these areas please call Connaught on 0800 652 5404. If you live in Bury or north east Manchester and have a gas issue to report, call KHT on 0800 561 0007.
If you live in Sheffield, day-to-day repairs are carried out by Kier and they can be contacted on 0114 205 3600. For out of hours/emergency, call 0114 273 0101.
