Great Places is a key player in the regeneration of the Cobridge and Meir areas of Stoke-on-Trent, working with partners to establish community centres in both areas and new and refurbished homes in Meir.

We now have 83 homes in the area including impressive new eco-homes at Old School Lane and revamped former local authority semi-detached homes at The Woodlands.

Together with partner organisations, we have organised junior sports events with Stoke City FC, residents’ fun days and consultation on improvements such as gating back alleys to provide private spaces for neighbours to share.
