Great Places does a lot of work in the Salford area. We have 2,700 homes including flagship family eco-developments, such as Asten Fold at Duchy and Fitzwarren Street and Lilac Court at Pendleton.

The group owns and manages several sheltered housing developments for older people in the city and a flagship supported housing scheme for women with complex needs.

For more than a decade we've invested in Seedley and Langworthy, building new homes and refurbishing others. Working with partner organisations, we have undertaken many community development initiatives including social activities for older people, supporting residents in entering Britain in Bloom competitions and staging a mile-long Smile Mile sponsored walk for people of all abilities.

Seedley and Langworthy’s latest new homes from Great Places are some innovatively refurbished red-brick terraces at Alder Street. Great Places has a regional office at St James’ House, Pendleton.
