We provide about 1,300 homes in the Blackpool area including some of the very greenest across Great Places at Astling Green, Mereside. The family homes were the first in the region to meet level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

We’re also particularly proud of our recent developments, The Saw Mills, off Selbourne Road, and 123 Talbot on Talbot Road, close to our regional office.

Both developments, plus refurbishments of grand period homes at South Beach, have helped local people to get onto the housing ladder.

Great Places owns and manages the Winnipeg neighbourhood and two flagship Extra Care schemes for older people, Elk View Court at Bispham and Tulloch Court at Marton.
