Great Places provides accommodation for NHS staff at hospitals in Oldham, Rochdale, Bury and Rotherham. You can rent by yourself or with your family, or share a place with colleagues. Our flats and houses are on hospital sites, or close by.

Royal Oldham Hospital, Rochdale Road, Oldham
We offer fully-furnished single-occupancy accommodation with shared communal areas. Your tenancy includes cleaning three times per week, fresh linen once a week, ground maintenance and external window cleaning.
All utility and council tax bills are included in your rent of £330 per calendar month. Each flat has digital TV. A BT line for phone and internet connection can be arranged at an additional cost.
Fully-furnished family houses are also available from between £504 and £603 per calendar month. All homes are within walking distance of the hospital and close to shops, services and public transport.

Rochdale Infirmary, Whitehall Street, Rochdale
Modern, attractive, single-occupancy accommodation is available close to the hospital grounds. Rent is £343 per calendar month and includes utility bills and council tax, cleaning three times per week, fresh linen once a week, ground maintenance and external window cleaning.
We can arrange connection of a BT line for phone and internet at an extra cost. Two-bedroom houses for families are also offered at Mizzy Road, also within walking distance of the hospital. Rent is £438 per calendar month.

Fairfield General Hospital, Rochdale Old Road, Bury
We provide fully-furnished single and double-occupancy accommodation on-site, with shared facilities, a daily cleaning service and digital TV.
A one-payment low-cost rent which includes all other bills. A BT phone line and wireless internet connection can also be provided at no extra cost. Single rooms and en suite single and double rooms are available. Prices start at £307 per calendar month.
Also available are fully modernised and furnished homes for families close to the hospital, from approximately £572 per calendar month. All homes are within walking distance of the hospital and close to shops, services and public transport.

We offer fully-furnished on-site single and double-occupancy accommodation, with shared facilities. Included is a cleaning service and digital TV.
Rents start from approximately £307 per calendar month for a single room and include all bills except phone line and TV licence.
Also available is furnished, on-site family accommodation priced at approximately £509 per calendar month, including electricity and water.
