If you've been sent a status survey in the post, there's still time to fill it in - and be entered into a generous prize draw!
Results will help us find out more about our customers' needs, and offer the best possible services.
We commissioned a company called BMG to carry out the independent survey of thousands of our tenants to tell us what you think of the services we provide.
We've done this several times over the past few years.
If you are one of the tenants who has been randomly selected to receive the survey, it should have dropped through your door in mid June.
You have the option to complete a paper survey or fill in the survey online.
We will also be completing some surveys face-to-face if you need additional support to give your views.
Complete the survey and you'll be entered into a generous prize draw.
You can be assured that any information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence and data protection issues will be taken into account.
