Tony has a wealth of business experience with more than 20 years at Bostik spending six years as the MD. He is also a councillor on Crewe Town Council, a non-executive director of Manchester Metropolitan University, and a director at non-league football club Nantwich Town.
Jenny Rayner, deputy chair, chair of remuneration & appraisal committee
Jenny trains and consults on corporate governance, internal audit and risk management and was formerly deputy chair at Weaver Vale Housing Trust. She enjoyed a 21-year business career with ICI and Zeneca. She is now self-employed, working in the UK and internationally.
Jerry Green, chair of audit & assurance committee
Jerry is the financial director of a commercial property investment company and is currently a member of the leadership board at Manchester Business School and a governor at Macclesfield FE College. Jerry has also held high profile roles as Group Finance Director at Yates Group and Finance Director at Gradus Group Ltd.
David is now chairman of specialist retailer Richer Sounds, having arrived at the company in 1983 and becoming managing director in 1991. He is also a managing director of a privately-owned property development and investment company, chair of governors at Stockport Academy, and a trustee of United Learning.
Richard is an independent business consultant and a former chief executive of National Friendly, the private medical insurance (PMI) provider. He was previously chief executive of HealthSure and a managing director of the Simplyhealth Group.
Brendan has worked for nearly three decades in housing and regeneration. Brendan played a lead role in developing the Housing Market Renewal (HMR) urban renewal programme. His research and policy work is regularly published.
Celia Cashman has over 30 years' experience in a wide variety of housing and regeneration environments including holding the position of Housing Services Director at Yorkshire Housing Association and working for the Transform South Yorkshire Housing Market Renewal Partnership.
Jan has recently taken early retirement having worked for over 30 years in housing and regeneration. She held several senior management positions at Sheffield City Council, including director of community services. Her high profile work has seen her play a leading role in the regeneration of Park Hill and Norfolk Park in the city.
Will Taylor, chair of Cube
Will has been appointed chair of Cube. He is an experienced businessman and chartered surveyor, and was a former managing director of the Carrington Business Park in Trafford, part of the multinational Shell Group.
